Live Chef Vegetarian Cooking Workshop

Come and join with “Live Chef” Jennifer Powrie and learn to cook 10 delicious, nutritious, hearty, plant based winter dishes in this interactive workshop. Discover how to prepare simple, amazingly tasty meals and enjoy sampling all of the resulting dishes! Why not bring a friend and join the fun on this insightful culinary adventure.
Join us for a peaceful and enlightening afternoon of Nada Yoga guided by the soothing sounds of live Bansuri and Shakuhachi Flute. The three hour workshop is presented by visiting Swami Madhurampuri from New Zealand and includes simple meditative Yoga exercises, Meditation, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), a short discourse about Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound). The session concludes at 6pm with a nutritious vegetarian meal.
Cost is $50 including vegetarian meal, bookings essential.
