What is Ayurveda – It means the “Science of Life”, said to be 40,000 years old with written text about 6,000 years old. It is based on holistic approach, on how to live a balanced life as imbalance causes disease. It can be used for preventative health as well as improve quality of life by regular “detox” of body and using the knowledge of “rejuvenation”.We use diet, lifestyle, herbs and massage and other treatment protocols, to remove stress and bring “balance” in the body and mind.

Through the practice of meditation we gain spiritual knowledge.
